Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of training and career development on the quality of employee service at The Arista Hotel Palembang. The data used in this study is primary data. The population in this study consists of employees of The Arista Hotel Palembang. The sampling technique employed is Slovin’s formula. The analysis techniques used in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, T-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that training and career development have a positive and significant impact on the quality of service provided by the employees of The Arista Hotel Palembang.
