Abstract

This research aims to find out and prove whether the variables perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction with mobile banking at Bank Sumsel Babel. This research is quantitative research using primary data. The population in this research are customers who have used the Bank Sumsel Babel mobile banking application. The sample in this study amounted to 110 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The analysis method for hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The tool used in this research is SPSS version 25 as a data analysis tool. The research results obtained show that the variables perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction with mobile banking at Bank Sumsel Babel.
