Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of laissez faire leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Clipan Finance Tbk, Palembang Branch. This research uses a case study method. The population in this study was 34 people with 34 respondents using census sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the laissez faire leadership style had no significant effect on employee performance and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance at PT.
