Abstract
This study is an empirical research study associative approach, which aims to test hypotheses related to the effect of the interaction of Total Quality Management and organizational commitment on managerial performance services firm star hotels in Palembang. This study uses primary data, by distributing questionnaires to sample of 51 respondents were mid-level managers at some services firm star hotels in Palembang. Data analysis techniques to test the hypothesis is moderating regression analysis (MRA). The test results stated that the hypothesis is not supported, which means Organizational Commitment was not able to moderate the relationship between Total Quality Management and Managerial Performance.
