Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the application total quality management and reward systems to managerial perfomance. The population of this study were manager of retail company in Palembang. Samples determined by using purposive sampling method. The samples obtained were as much 36 respondents. Testing the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis method with the help of SPSS 17.0 for windows. The test result showed that the first hypothesis (H1) which states that the application total quality management effect on managerial perfomance, rejected. The second hypothesis (H2) which states that the reward systems effect on managerial perfomance, accepted.
