Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of Operating capacity and sales growth of financial distress by focusing on the infrastructure, utility and transportation companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange with research period in 2018-2021. The data used in research are secondary data. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling selection method used purposive sampling and obtained 62 companies with total 204 samples. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program ver.26. The result of this research showed that Operating capacity and ales growth has no effect on financial distress Keywords: Operating capacity, Sales Growth, Financial Distress
