Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of leadership style,incentive system, management accounting information system, on the performance of managerial at retail companny in the city of Palembang. The population in this study are manager in the retail company in the city of Palembang. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, namely 42 respondents. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has no effect, incentive system, and management accounting information system have an effect on the performance of managerial at retail compay in the city of Palembang.
