Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work stress on the performance of nurses in the city of Palembang. The population in this study were hospital nurses in the city of Palembang. The research was conducted using a purposive sampling method as a technique in determining the sample, the sample used was nurses who worked at several Palembang city hospitals, totaling 105 nurses. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the variables of workload and work stress affect the performance of the Palembang city nurse workforce.
