Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion and price variables on purchase intention with consumer attitudes as a mediating variable on residential property products in Palembang City. The data used in this study is primary data with a population of Palembang city residents. Sampling using purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria. The results of the study show that promotion and price affect the intention to buy residential property products in the city of Palembang with consumer attitudes as a mediating variable.
