Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of multiple role conflict and workload on boredom in Palembang. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were married career women in Palembang. The samples taken in this study were career women in Palembang. While the number of samples used in this study amounted to 120 respondents. The sample technique used for this study was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study were literature studies and questionnaires (questionnaires). The results of this study indicate that multiple role conflict does not affect burnout, while workload affects burnout in career women in Palembang.
