Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on job satisfaction in Generation Z employees in the city of Palembang. The data used are primary and secondary data using a non-probability sampling method in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. This study uses SPSS 24 for windows as a data processing and testing tool. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Generation Z employees in the city of Palembang.
