Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and independent board of commissioners on company performance by focusing on state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 2002-2021. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study are state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample collection technique used was purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple regression analysis, but because it did not meet the classical assumption test, the researcher used the Bootstrap test. The results showed that managerial ownership has a negative effect on company performance, while institutional ownership and an independent board of commissioners have no effect on company performance.
