Abstract

This study aims to determine the business strategy used by Nasi Padang Restaurants in the city of Palembang in creating business continuity. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collection technique used in this research is interview. Data analysis aims to summarize and simplify the data obtained so that it is easier to understand and draw conclusions. The results of the study show that the business strategy used varies between Nasi Padang Restaurants. However, there is 1 (one) strategy that is used by the Nasi Padang Restaurant, which is a strategy of good taste and is popular with the public. This strategy is the main factor for the continuity of the Nasi Padang Restaurant business in Palembang City.
