Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work-life balance and work environment on job satisfaction of operational employees at a crude palm oil company in Palembang. The population in this study were operational employees at a crude palm oil company in Palembang. The sample in this study amounted to 115 respondents who had met the predetermined criteria using a purposive sampling method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction of operational employees at crude palm oil companies in Palembang. And the variable of job satisfaction can be explained by the variable Work-life balance and work environment so that there is a positive and significant effect of the variable Work-life balance and work environment simultaneously on the job satisfaction of employees in the operational section of a crude palm oil company in Palembang.
