Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and organizational commitment on cyberloafing on bank frontliner employees in Palembang City. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and interviews with bank frontliner employees. The population in this study were all bank frontliner employees in Palembang City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and 152 samples were obtained from 15 banks in Indonesia. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work stress has a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing and organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on cyberloafing.
