Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance and work stress on millennial generation job satisfaction in Palembang City. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study are millennial generation employees who work in Palembang City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and the sample in this study was 105 millennial generation employees in Palembang City. Hypothesis testing is performed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that work life balance has a positive effect on millennial generation job satisfaction in Palembang City and work stress does not affect millennial generation job satisfaction in Palembang City.
