Abstract

This study discussed the analysis of work-life balance and career development on the job satisfaction of millennial salespeople in Palembang. This research employed quantitative study by distributing online questionnaires. The population of the study was millennial generation employees who work as salespeople. There were 105 respondents in this study. The data analysis technique utilized was multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the work-life balance and career development variables have a significant positive impact on the job satisfaction of millennial generation salespeople in the city of Palembang. The existence of a good work-life balance for millennial generation salespeople in the city of Palembang will have an impact on employees by achieving job satisfaction. Salespeople who get career development opportunities will give the salesperson the opportunity to achieve job satisfaction while working at the company because they can improve their abilities and improve their standard of living.
