Abstract

The increase in population has an impact on the high demand for living needs and the high number of explosions due to the lack of experience in the world of work. As a result, students have the opportunity to do practical work as a drafter at PT. Cipta Arsi Griya in the Planning & Design Department, so as to be able to add knowledge and experience related to design work on the Citra Grand City project by PT. Cipta Arsi Griya. The practice of assignment work obtained during practical work will be compared with theory and practical design, professionalism and work relations based on the IAI Work Relations Guidelines. So that the knowledge gained during practical work is broader and more complex than the theory gained during lectures, especially related to job design.
