Abstract

The practical work report examines the implementation of practical work as a drafter in making technical working drawings for a two-story Modern at Hook House residence in Palembang. The report is supported by relevant theories that support an understanding of modern style dwellings and are at a crossroad (hook type). The facade and plan of the residential house are planned by considering the site analysis around the project site and prioritizing the comfort of the occupants of the house. Making working drawings from start to finish using AutoCAD 2018 software and going through several revisions of working drawings to comply with architectural drawing rules as well as the wishes of the project giver. At the end of making working drawings, learning was given using 3D modeling software, namely Sketchup Pro 2021 and Lumion. The final result of the practical work report is a working drawing of the structure, utilities, architectural, plans, details and rendering of Modern at Hook House.
