Abstract

Shelter is the main need that is needed by every human being and is useful as a place of shelter and protection as well as a place to unwind after work and activities. The need for housing is currently high, along with the increasing population in Indonesia, especially in big cities. This will also have an impact on the limited land that can serve as a decent dwelling. In this era, there are many types of housing that can be used as an option for the community. Communities can adjust the type of housing that will be chosen by considering their respective economic and financial factors. starting from subsidized housing for people with low incomes to townhouses and clusters intended for people who have middle- to upper-class incomes. To realize the residence, it is necessary for the architect to plan and design a comfortable residence according to the needs of the community. This report discusses the design of working drawings of subsidized simple houses and townhouses by PT. Build an Eternal Gift of Creation.
