Abstract

Housing is one of the primary human needs (boards). Without a place to live, the primary needs of a human being have not been met. One type of residence that is commonly occupied by the wider community is a house. The house is a shelter for humans which can consist of one floor, two floors, or three floors. Nowadays, it is quite difficult to have a comfortable house, due to the increasing price of land, as well as materials to build a house which becomes a matter of pride when someone owns their own home. In addition to the house itself, we need a good environment to support activities to increase comfort while living in a house, in this case the construction of CitraLand Palembang can be a solution where we can have a comfortable home, and equipped with a comfortable and adequate environment.
