Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of work discipline in Brasserie Bakery and Resto Sudirman Palembang employee’s performance. The population is all of Brasserie Bakery and Resto Sudirman Palembang, and the sample is 39 respondents. The sampling method used in this research is Saturation sampling. The test used Simple Linear Regression to know the effect of discipline to employee performance by using SPSS 21.0 for windows. The result showed that work discipline have positive and significant affect to Brasserie Bakery and Resto Sudirman Palembang employee’s performance. Keyword: Work Descipline and Employee Performance.
