Abstract

Pempek "BU LINA" is one of the SMES that make pempek kriting in Palembang. SMES "BU LINA" is still using conventional tools in making pempek kriting. With conventional tools, workers often experience a complaints at the time of printing "kriting" pempek, for it needs to be the appropriate tool design was undertaken, with the ergonomics aspects can reduce musculoskeletal injuries on the complaints of workers and also in terms of financial benefits from the early stages of research done by observing the conditions and the process of making "kriting" pempek directly After performing the measurement data of Anthropometry against workers at the pempek "BU LINA",then retrieved thesize dimensions printers pempek kritingthe size is: height 154.33 tools because the tool is placed on a table with a height of 60 cm high tool then became 94.33 cm, height container printout 96.33 cm, width 41 cm, maximum tool and large grips crank 3.35 cm. Additionally the musculoskeletal complaints decreased by 42.18%. And an increase in the output of the tool achieves 169% then it is certain this profitable printers.
