Abstract

The purpose of this study is to etermine whether career development and organizational communication affect the Permanent Teacher Job Satisfaction at Baptist School Palembang City. The population is all permanent teacher of Baptist School of Palembang City. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling or sensus and all respondence is 32 respondent. The data used are primary daya dan secondary data. Data collection techniques are distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis technique used is multiple linier regression analysis using SPSS version 16. Result of research indicate that the career development and organizational communication have an effect positive and significantly to Permanent Teacher Job Satisfaction at Baptist School Palembang City.
