Abstract

In changing daily life Required factors that influence the work activities needed by knowledge management in work to improve employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of knowledge management on the performance of barbershop employees in Palembang city involving 61 employees. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire, while the analysis technique uses simple regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that knowledge management affects employee performance. Keywords: Knowledge Management, Performance.
