Abstract

This study aim to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline variables to employee performance at chicken farm in Palembang. The population in this study are all employee from 9 chicken farm. The sample in this study used 61 samples as respondents with saturated sample method. The data analysis technique is using multiple linear regression analysis for knowing effect of work motivation variables and work discipline on employee performance at chicken farm in palembang. The result showed that work motivation variables not affect and work discipline have affect to employee performance at chicken farm in Palembang.
