Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation of existence, relationship motivation, growth motivation on employee performance at PT. Patria Anugrah Sentosa Palembang. This research begins with conducing research directly to PT. Patria Anugrah Sentosa Palembang by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Patria Anugrah Sentosa Palembang in order to get the desired data source. The benefits of this study, for companies as a consideration for giving motivation to employees, for researchers to be able to implement the science of HR as well as add insight, and for other parties as input from future researchers. This type of research is a case study. The populations of this study are employees of PT. Patria Anugrah Sentosa Palembang. And the data analysis technique used is simple inear regression analysis using the help of SPSS 23. The result of this study indicate that the Motivation variable existence, relationship motivation, motivation growth there is a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Patria Anugrah Sentosa Palembang.
