Abstract
The purpose of this research is determine whether the variables of work motivation and work discipline both partially and simultaneously have an influence on the performance of employees of PT Sentral Mitra Alkesindo. The variables tested were work motivation, work discipline and employee performance. This research is a case study. The population in this study were all employees of PT Sentral Mitra Alkesindo. Sampling using census techniques with a total sample of 32 respondents. Testing the research variables using multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The test results show that work motivation variables have no effect and are not significant on employee performance, work discipline variables have an effect on and significantly affect employee performance and work motivation and work discipline jointly influence and significantly affect employee performance Keywords: work motivation, work discipline, employee performance.
