Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of competence on the performance of senior high school and vocational school teacher Shailendra Palembang. The kind of this research is a case study, the population of all the teacher high school and teachers vocational school and samples as much as 32 people. A sample of saturated,the data collection primary and secondary, instruments research using quastionnaires and technique asosiatif analiysis by using a analysis SPSS version of 20. The results of research suggests that variable competence influential significant against performance of senior high school and vocational school teacher Shailendra Palembang.
