Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work ability of the Nurses Performance Part Of Paviliun Yosef II In Hospital Of RK Charitas Palembang. The sample used ini this research is 26 nurses with the method saturated sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection using quwationaires and hypothesis testing were analyzed using simple linear regression used SPSS 20 program application. The results obtained showed that work ability variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses performance part of Paviliun Yosef II in Hospital of RK Charitas Palembang.
