Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of satisfaction of physical work environment on job satisfaction of teachers and employees of SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Lampam. The type of this research is a case study with 60 teacher and employess as sample. In this research the teachers and employess of SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Lampam as subject and the objects is the environment physical work (X) and job satisfaction to teacher and employee (Y). Data were collected by questionnaires, observation, and interview. Analysis techenique methods used in this research is a simple linear regression analysis using SPSS ver sion 16. The result of this test states that the phisical work environment variables have positive and significant effect to the variable of job satisfaction of teacher and employee of SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Lampam. Benefit of this research as a reference that can provide a comparison in doing research on the same field. Keywords : Physical Work Environment,Job Satisfaction
