Abstract

This study aims to examine the differences in nurse performance based on single parent marital status and non single parent marital status at Palembang Hospital. The population of this study were nurses at 6 Palembang Hospital. The sample used was nurse which amounted to 104 respondents. Sampling using nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 17.0 program. The results of this test indicate that there is no difference in performance of single parent nurses and non-single parent nurses. This research is expected to be one of the considerations for the Hospital in making decisions related to differences in nurse performance based on single parent marital status and non single parent marital status at Palembang Hospital.
