Abstract

This research has a purpose to determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction of property agents at Keller Williams All Property Company (KW AP) Palembang. The population used in this study were 35 property agents of Keller Williams All Property Company (KW AP) Palembang with census method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20. The result of the research shows that the compensation variable has a significant effect on the performance of the property agent job satisfaction at Keller Williams All Property (KW AP) Palembang.
