Abstract

This study raises the topic of the effect of occupational safety and health on employee performance. This research is done at PT. Hindoli Penuguan Estate branch which is one of the companies engaged in the field of oil palm plantations. Process and performance of questionnaires on occupational safety and health on employee performance. Subjects in this study were Harvest employees at PT. Hindoli branch Penuguan Estate that uses 50 respondents and objects in this study is the effect of occupational safety and health programs on the performance of employees of PT. Hindoli branch Penuguan Estate. Data analysis using SPSS software version 20.00.The result of data analysis shows the safety and health of work have positive and significant effect to the performance of employees of PT.
