Abstract

This purpose of this research is to determine the effect of discipline habit on the Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Baturaja employee’s performance. Sampel used in this research were 45 respondents. The sampling method used in this research with census/saturated sampling.Hypothesis testing used Simple Linear Regression, which using SPSS 20.0 as program assistance. The population of this research are Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Baturaja employee’s. The results of the research have shown that discipline habit ware significantly and positively influence on employee’s performance of Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Baturaja. Based on the valueod R Square 0,746 which means that 74,6% variable performance can be explained by the variable labor discipline, while the remaining 25,4% is influencedby other variable not examined in this study.
