Abstract

Within free competition era, Indonesian Human Resource must face competition among other countries. Knowledge Management could be expected to give more contribution for human resource especially in the education world. This research measured the influence of knowledge management to the teachers creativity of Methodist 2 Senior High School in Palembang. Knowledge management was measured by 3 variables, which are personal experience, internet utilization, and reading activity, while creativity was measured by 5 levels of creativity, which are existensial creative, relasional creative, instrumental creative, orientasional creative and inovasional creative. 30 respondents were selected from 35 teachers using judgement sampling technique. The result shows that the influence of Knowledge Management to the teachers creativity of Methodist 2 was 26,5%, while 73,5% was influenced by other factors.
