Abstract

Backround: Coronavarius 2019 is a contagious respiratory disease caused by the corona virus. Covid-19 transmission is very fast and deadly so knowledge is needed to apply health protocols and the importance of Covid-19 vaccination. Method: This type of research is a quantitative descriptive design with an analytical survey method using a cross sectional approach. The measuring instrument uses a knowledge questionnaire. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling with a sample of 32 respondents, the analysis in this study uses a univariate test (analytic discrete). Result: The results of this study obtained the characteristics of respondents with an average age of 35 years, dominated by late adulthood 35-47 years as many as 13 respondents (40.6%), the most gender was male 19 respondents (59.4%), the most education was SMA 21 respondents (65.6%), for the frequency distribution of knowledge obtained the most results have less knowledge as many as 15 respondents (46.9%). Suggestion : It is hoped that the public can increase knowledge about the application of health protocols after the Covid-19 vaccination, through social media education.
