Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Putra Halim Abadi Palembang. This research consists of health safety and discipline, the dependent variable is the performance of employees. This research is a case study research with a total of 30 employees and a sample of 16 employees in the construction division. The method used is validity test, reliability test and multiple linear analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that partially employee health and safety has not significantly affect employee performance. Meanwhile, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: occupational health and safety, work discipline and employee performance
