Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and workload on Turnover Intention of millennial motorcycle sales employees in Palembang City. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were employees of the millennial generation in Palembang City. Sampling used is purposive sampling method with the number of samples used as many as 100 respondents. In this study, data collection using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that work stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention of millennial motorcycle sales generation employees in Palembang City and workload has a positive and significant impact on Turnover Intention of motorcycle sales millennial generation employees in Palembang City.
