Abstract

Being an active student in the organization must have high resilience. The purpose of this study was to see hardiness and self-efficacy on learning achievement in students who are active in organizations. The subjects in this study were students who were active in organizations from various universities with 125 respondents. The approach in this study used a quantitative method with data collection using a hardiness scale, self-efficacy scale and learning achievement in the form of GPA. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and the results of this study indicate that there is no significant relationship between hardiness and self-efficacy on learning achievement in students who are active in organizations with P=0.553 and P=0.276. The conclusion from the results of this study learning achievement is not influenced by the hardinesss and self-efficacy variables. Therefore, further research examines the relationship of friends or organizational culture to learning achievement. Keywords : Hardiness ; Self-efficacy ; Active student
