Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic can have an impact on various sectors of life such as economic, social, psychological, including education. Where covid-19 can have an impact on education where the learning process is carried out online so that they experience anxiety which causes a mother who cannot control her emotions to commit violent behavior. Where in the type of violent behavior there are two verbally violent behaviors, namely anger and physically including injuring or hurting others. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional research design, the sample in this study was 67 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using the Kendall tau-b test. There is no relationship between maternal anxiety and violent behavior in children (r = 0.114 p-value = 0.353)
