Abstract
Hypertension and DM are non-communicable diseases whose numbers are increasing every year. Hypertension and DM are the two comorbid diseases that most often cause death.So the Covid-19 vaccine is very important for hypertension and DM patients for vaccines to protect against Covid-19 disease and reduce the Covid-19 death rate in comorbidities. For this reason, it is important to know about vaccines and the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination. Description of the knowledge and implementation of the Covid-19 vaccine in hypertension and DM patients.The type of research used is quantitative using a descriptive survey method with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was Consecutive Sampling,population is 147 respondents,sample is 66 respondents HT and DM. The data collection tool used a questionnaire designed by the researcher. The data is processed using univariate analysis in the form of a frequency distribution. The average age of the respondents was 56.59 years. Gender is more female 52 respondents (79%) compared to male sex as many as 14 respondents (21%).the most education is 36 respondents (55%), Basic Education with 18 respondents (27%), and the lowest is Higher Education with 12 respondents (18%). The most knowledge is 25 respondents (38%), the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccine was obtained, namely 18 respondents (27%), vaccines 6 respondents (9%), vaccine 2 27 (41%), Booster as many as 15 respondents (23%).For people with hypertension and DM, they want to find information related to the Covid-19 vaccine so that they follow the full dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
