Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of work stress to the employess performance of PT XL AXIATA Palembang. The population in this study is the employees of PT XL AXIATA Palembang. The sample in this study amounted to 34 respondentsthis. study use secondary and primary data. This test uses simple linear regression mode. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the SPSS 22 tool. The t-test results show that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employess performance of PT XL AXIATA Palembang.
