Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and compensation on the performance of detailing employees in the city of Palembang. The population of this research is all detailing employees in Palembang City. The number of samples in the study was 100 respondents. The conclusions of this study are first, training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of detailing employees in the city of Palembang. This shows that the better the training provided to employees will improve the performance of detailing employees in Palembang City. Second, compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of detailing employees in Palembang City. This shows that the higher the compensation given to employees, the higher the detailing employee performance in Palembang City.
