Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether motivation and work discipline affect the performance of employees at Anda Plafon PVC Palembang. The population in this study is all employees of Anda Plafon PVC Palembang. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled. So the sample of this study is the entire population, namely Anda Plafon PVC Palembang employees totaling 33 people. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at Anda Plafon PVC Palembang. This shows that if employees have high motivation, then employee performance will increase. Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance at Anda Plafon PVC Palembang. This shows that if employees have high work discipline, then employee performance will increase. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee's Performance
