Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the physical work environment on employee performance CV. Jaya Makmur Palembang. The Population in this study were all employees of CV. Jaya Makmur Palembang. The sample used in this study were 40 respondents. The type of research used in this research is causal, case study. The data used is primary data. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. Hypothesis testing was analyzed using regression analysis using SPSS 24. The test results obtained indicate that the physical work environment has a positive effect on employee performance.
