Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of training and work environment on employee performance, which focuses on banking employees in Palembang City. This study uses banking employees (back office employees and front office employees) in Palembang City as the population and a sample of 100 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires and interviews with bank employees. The results of this study are that there is no significant effect between training on employee performance and there is a significant positive effect between the work environment on employee performance.
