This mall is designed with a metaphoric architecture with the theme of unity and the philosophy of gear or gears. This mall is designed according to its designation in Bappeda regulations regarding the function of trade and services which is located on Jalan Tanjung Api-Api, Sukabangun Village, Kebun Bunga, Sukarami District, Palembang City, South Sumatra with a land area of 2.04 HA. This mall is designed to have 3 masses with the function of space in this mall consisting of a shopping area, vehicle service area, restaurant, retail, management office and other supporting facilities. In the landscape area, it is arranged with various kinds of vegetation, both as shade, directions, and reforestation in the site environment.
