Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, work motivation on the performance of workers who are students in the city of Palembang. The population in this study were workers who were students in the city of Palembang. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate that the work stress variable has a positive effect on the performance of workers with student status in the city of Palembang and the work motivation variable has a positive effect on the performance of workers with the status of students in the city of Palembang.
