Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research was to find out the effect of Total Quality Management towards financial performance with quality performance as an Intervening variable. The population in this research was restaurants that have manager department. By using simple purposive sampling technique, a total 33 restaurants were obtained as samples. Path analysis method was used for hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 23.0 version. The result showed that Total Qquality Management can directly affect financial performance, and the quality performance can mediate the relationship between Total Quality Management and financial performance. Key words: Total Quality Management, financial performance, quality performance.
